Our Forms and Policies

All of our puppies come with a 24-month health warranty against hip dysplasia, genetic defects (PRA-1, PRA-2, ICH, MD, NCL, and prcd-PRA) which cause seizures, or sudden death. If the dog BEFORE 24 MONTHS OF AGE, develops crippling or incapacitating hip/elbow dysplasia to the extent that a licensed veterinarian recommends euthanasia or surgery; the seller shall 

A) upon receipt of proof of cause, euthanasia and the dog's AKC registration; will refund the dog's purchase price.

B ) upon receipt of a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian describing the  hip/elbow surgery, the date performed, and prognosis; the seller shall refund 1/4 of the original purchase price to the buyer.

These refunds cannot exceed the purchase price.

Because 60% of all hip dysplasia is related to poor nutrition we require that your puppy continue with a high quality food approved by us for the first 24 months of his/her life to qualify for the 2 year health guarantee. Puppies not fed on this specific diet will void the 2 year health guarantee against hip dysplasia.

Your puppy must be seen by a veterinarian for a wellness check within 5 days of purchase. This examination must include a written assessment of overall fitness and wellness signed by the veterinarian. Failure to receive a wellness check within 5 days will void all guarantees under this agreement, express or implied. The results of the wellness check must be provided for any future requests for a refund or exchange of the puppy.

We require a NON REFUNDABLE $500 holding fee to secure your spot on our waitlist. In the case, we don't have a puppy that fits your family perfectly we are happy to transfer your holding fee to a future litter (transfers can be made up to 3 times after which your holding fee will be forfeited). We accept payments for holding fees through Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or cash payments. The remaining payment for a puppy is due 7 days before you are scheduled to pick them up if you are paying through Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay or at the time of pickup if you are paying cash.
